Satisfaction Guarantee;If you purchase a product directly from EarthTerminal.Com or RFWaveTechnologies.Com, (Redirected off-site product purchases do not apply) and for any reason are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us within the first 14 days (30 Days for Defective Exchange) from the delivery date, and get a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping, handling and any applicable restocking fees. In order to receive a refund you must request and receive a RMA number by e-mail, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase. RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from delivery date. (Defective Exchanges within 30 days) Buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges. In order to return an item you must contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). If the buyer believes an item is defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for a RMA number. Items received without an RMA will be refused by us. Please specify whether you are requesting a refund or defective replacement.
All items including packaging, must be returned complete. All In original new condition, with no signs of damage or tampering. All warranty tamper stickers on screws must be intact and unbroken. A 20% restocking fee applies to all items returned incomplete or damaged.
Returns are catagorized as follows;
General return with refund request.All general returns are accepted and considered non-defective. These returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee*. Additionally the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.
Claim of defective product return with refund requestUpon return, determination of a defective item is at our sole discretion, and subject to our verification and acceptance. On returned items we have determined to be defective, buyer may choose a replacement item shipped prepaid by us, or a refund. Buyer requested refunds on claimed defective items determined not to be defective by us, are subject to a 10% restocking fee*. Additionally the buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance charges.

Defective replacements will be shipped prepaid by us via Priority Mail, and initiated imediately following the defective item return and inspection.
There are no exceptions to these policies.
All product serial numbers & MAC's are recorded prior to shipment, and will be verified upon return.

REGARDING SHIPPING;
All items will ship as described in our listing. We ship daily, except Sundays and USPS (US Postal Service) holidays.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL ONLY TO; Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and PR customers.
S&H (Shipping and Handling charge) represent the actual cost of shipping, packing material, and labor only.
Non-USA International Customers:
Many countries have a Value Added Sales Tax VAT, which is charged when an item crosses into their border. VAT is charged in addition to applicable duties. It's the buyer's responsibility to know how much tax and duties will be charged. We will not declare your package as a gift.
